By downloading, installing, or using FitDuels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FitDuels is a fitness challenge application that allows users to:

• Track fitness activities using HealthKit data
• Create and participate in challenges with friends
• Compete on leaderboards
• Connect with other users

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitDuels. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify fitness data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. HealthKit Data

FitDuels uses Apple HealthKit to access your fitness data. By granting access, you authorize us to:

• Read your activity data (steps, workouts, etc.)
• Use this data for challenge tracking and leaderboards
• Share aggregated data with challenge participants

We never sell your health data to third parties.

6. Challenges and Competitions

When participating in challenges:

• You agree to compete fairly and honestly
• Prizes and penalties are between participants
• FitDuels is not responsible for enforcing prizes/penalties
• Results are based on synced HealthKit data

We reserve the right to disqualify users who manipulate data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FitDuels are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FitDuels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions of other users
• Accuracy of fitness data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.
